Survey Software Online, abbreviated SSO, is a survey creation web application that allows users to create, deploy, and analyze custom online surveys. Survey Software Online is a subsidiary of the National Business Research Institute (NBRI).
The service was created by NBRI and is headquartered in Addison, Texas. SSO was launched in April of 2009.[1] and was designed to offer survey software as a service for businesses conducting market research, political research, and employee or customer surveys.

SSO is a survey research system that provides a license allowing individuals and organizations to conduct Web-based surveys.
The user creates an online account at one of three levels, demo, standard, or premium. After an account is created, the software allows the user to create customized surveys through a web interface. The user uploads email addresses of potential survey respondents. The system creates a database of the email addresses and potential respondents. The user can then create and send custom survey invitations. The system also allows for reminder emails.
The SSO software records the completed responses as they are submitted. The data may then be analyzed online, exported to Microsoft Excel, or imported into a dedicated statistical analysis program such as SPSS.
