John is a Long Island Native and grew up in the small but centrally located town of Dix Hills where he attended a state of the art public school and worked various labor jobs like landscaping, general construction, food and retail starting at only 14 years old. It was then John found his drive for learning and making money which led him to graduate high school a full year early at 16 attending SUNY Farmingdale directly after and then transitioning to trade school and becoming a certified electrician. John quickly gained an entrepreneurial mindset beginning with his first individual company doing lawn, pool maintenance & snow removal as a young 20 year old man. Finding passion in the sales industry where he successfully ran a D2D sales team traveling throughout the U.S. before finally discovering the world of realty and becoming a commercial realtor.
Always admiring people's generosity and good in their hearts through their charity and need to help, John strove to be a beacon for those that needed it no matter what their story is or was. John became a helping hand by getting involved in his community by participating and volunteering in various local clubs and outreach programs such as toy and food drives. John states, “I never kept tally of how many times I heard ‘Thank you' or was praised ‘Hero’, It was simply instinct and luck that put me in the positions I was in at the time someone needed me and the task at hand never felt like a burden or inconvenience. It makes me happy and proud and that's all I need."
John is Currently Realtor working with Bata Commercial Group at KW Commercial.
He also owns and operates multiple small businesses in the local area of Tampa, FL
John enjoys thrills from skydiving to scuba diving and traveling. He also enjoys boating, fine arts and musical theatre. John has a very wide range of interests and often gathers new knowledge by seeking out diverse activities.
