I've done extensive work on the Megatokyo (), Halo: Combat Evolved (), System Shock (), Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss (), Thief: The Dark Project (), Black Isle's Torn (), F.E.A.R. (), Icewind Dale II and Icewind Dale articles. My Icewind Dale work stands as my first significant contribution - when I started, the Icewind Dale series was just a stub with some minor details. I expanded it to cover all three games in detail, and when the games were split into separate articles, I edited them to stand better on their own. Due to my inexperience at the time, they're fairly poor articles that I will probably rewrite at some point. My largest contribution would have to be Halo: Combat Evolved. I rewrote the entire article, and eventually pushed it all the way through FAC.
I often used to log out to edit pages more freely (mainly on the Megatokyo article), so if you see a lot of older IP edits in a row in that article's edit history, it was probably me. For the record, I was 71.244.219.135, 71.244.179.162, 70.106.217.61, 70.106.218.72, 71.244.209.7, and much to my current dismay, 70.106.194.25 (unknowingly vandalizing pages at first is inevitable, eh?).
Pages without Notes sections bug me. I have been known to add Notes sections to random articles on a whim.[1][2] ←——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————→

JimmyBlackwing, I hereby award you this barnstar on behalf of Wikipedians everywhere in recognition of your eloquent and exceptionally civil arguments on the talk pages of various articles. Your oratory in the matter of Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss and Coheed and Cambria, among others, are worthy of special praise. For finding sources I could not find (hey, I think that's pretty tough, usually), and for finding sources in general that have greatly improved Turok: Dinosaur Hunter above and beyond the FA level, this shiny of internet appreciation. Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs (talk) 01:05, 2 October 2009 (UTC) |

I thought I hadn't recognized you for this before (I have, a year ago) but it's worth restating. Your efforts at finding high-quality sources are what our video game articles need. Keep it up, Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs(talk) 16:22, 23 September 2010 (UTC) |
