From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'm a non academic who is fascinated by the flow from data to information to knowledge to wisdom, and equally fascinated by how our maturing internet and convergent technologies provides for the democratization of more and more domains and aspects of life. We are confounded by a Web where it can be very challenging to separate information from misinformation; Wikipedia could be (nay, should be) our salvation.

I propose a 28th Amendment: "A well regulated encyclopedia, being necessary to the security of a free State (and mind), the right of the people to keep and bear informed knowledge, shall not be infringed." viz. Wikipedia!
