Hi! I am Jess and I am the current Digital Content Coordinator at the American Theatre Wing. I'm new to Wiki and figuring it out as I go. Please leave me comments on my Talk as I am eager to learn.

It has been noted that some pages I contribute to may have a COI. I joined our non-profit instead of an agency because I believe in our values which are: championing creative expression, supporting growth, realizing brave vision, making excellence known, validating diversity, creating connections, and inspiring artistic greatness.

The articles I am interested in creating are expanding our knowledge base of regional theatre companies and new theatre artist including young composers from under-resprestend sectors who are the next generation of Broadway.

That being said, none of the articles I have created or edited are paid for. None of the pages have been solicited and most subjects are unaware of their presense. This is an independent effort to expand who qualifies as "notable" in our industry. Reading the paid qualifications, I do not believe I fall under them as we function as a GLAM.

Please help me in doing so in a manner which fits the Wikipedia Community guidelines.
