Content

[edit]
  • Added content is relevant to the topic of Literacy in the United States. Added details are mostly historical information about the topic, but still applicable to current times nevertheless.

Tone and Balance

[edit]
  • Content added is neutral because it presents factual details, none of which appear to be heavily biased towards any position and no viewpoints were underrepresented or overly represented to sway us in any way.

Sources and References

[edit]
  • Sources are thorough and reflect the topic well. There is a good list of sources and all the links after each sentence work and are accessible.

Organization

[edit]
  • The content is well written and easy to read, and uses language that is accessible to all readers which is great plus. It wasn't mentioned where this section would be inserted into the original work, but given it's about the history of literacy and particularly that of children, I'm assuming it would be placed in the beginning somewhere?

Overall impressions

[edit]
  • Great addition to the original work! Will be an interesting contribution to the article.
