US News & World Report made April Masini their primary source in their “Tipping Bible” (Your Ultimate Tipping Guide)[1]. She has been quoted on tipping etiquette in the Los Angeles Times (Advice on Tipping While Traveling Abroad[2]), and interviewed by The Wall Street Journal (10 People You’re Not Tipping Enough[3][4]), Yahoo! Finance and Marketwatch as well as the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette (Tipping is a way of life in U.S., but how much is right?[5])
