Felix Chevrolet is a car dealership in downtown Los Angeles known for its landmark Felix the Cat sign.
History
[edit]Felix Chevrolet was founded by Winslow Felix in 1921.[1] The landmark sign was installed in 1957.[2]
The sign, located adjacent to the Harbor Freeway, USC campus, and the Shrine Auditorium, is considered an "iconic" landmark of the area.[3]
