I also operate the account User:danh108. However I have created User:Jamesk108 due to issues arising with a particularly difficult article that distorts people's perception of my editing interests (Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University). In essence, there has been an excessive volume of editing due to a recurring troll. I intend to use the User:danh108 account for editing Brahma Kumaris alone and this account for everything else.
I like volunteering for different things in the community and tend to edit around my 'extra-curricular' interests – I do some Community Legal Education and public speaking engagements in support of the Elimination of Violence against women and it’s Australian campaign manifestations. I give some time to the Community Legal Centre movement that supports some of the most vulnerable people in Melbourne. I also do some volunteer work at the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University retreat centre in Melbourne Australia.
Apart from local community issues and the legal matters I am also interested in Spirituality. I have been involved with Hare Krishna, Tibetan Buddhism, Brahma Kumaris and Ananda Marga. I enjoy/benefit a lot from the different practices each group offers, from yoga asanas to meditation and His Holiness the Dalai Lama is probably my favourite speaker.
