Gurmeet Singh is currently a Pakistani National in a Thailand prison. The Indian state claims he is Jagtar Singh Tara and they want to extradite him to India to face maximum punishment. Even if he is Jagtar Singh Tara he should not be extradited to India as his arrest is politically motivated. He has rebelled against the State of India after the Indian Terror State waged War on the Sikh Nation in the 1980’s. In 1984 Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale was leading the demand of Sikhs for the implementation of the Anandpur Sahib Resolution which had nothing anti-national or anti-Indian in it. But to serve her own political interests Indira Gandhi ( Prime Minister, India) advertised Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale as anti-national and made it an excuse to attack Harmandir Sahib with tanks, commandos, army and helicopter in June 1984. The British government had collaborated with the Indian Terror State for economic gains. Not only Harmandir sahib but 40 other gurudwaras were also attacked. This was followed by mass killings of Sikh in all the villages of Punjab. Sikhs were butchered, tortured, boiled, burnt and hanged. Sikh girls and women were gang raped and tortured to death. Most of the Sikhs clearly understood the evil thinking behind this attack which was aimed not to crush anti national people but to “teach Sikhs a lesson” so that they never again oppose the anti-national policies the Indian State again. Indian constitution ARTICLE 25 states ALL SIKHS ARE LONG HAIRED HINDUS. Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara is a revolutionary. His service for the Khalsa Panth started in the 1990’s when he had no choice but to intervene to stop the full scale massacre of Sikhs in Punjab. His revolutionary political party is known as Khalistan Tiger Force. This is by no means a terrorist organization. The Indian terror state has defamed all Sikhs and their organizations globally through false propaganda. In the 1990’s Punjab CM Beant Singh was guilty of Human Rights violation. He briefed his team to kill Sikhs for promotion. Sikh men were picked up from their houses. Sikh boys would be picked up from their school journey. Once arrested the Sikhs were tortured in prisons and then killed in fake encounters. (http://www.amnesty.org/en/library/asset/ASA20/007/1998/en/648067ef-dab7-11dd-80bc-797022e51902/asa200071998en.pdf) The police would then rape and torture their women. The Sikhs were living in hell with nightmares that had continued for many years. Jagtar Singh Tara a revolutionarydecided to put a stop to the Indian state terrorist activities. His friend Shaheed Bhai Dilawar Singh a policeman volunteered his life by becoming a Human Bomb. Shaheed Bhai Dilawar Singh had witnessed the brutal terrorist activities of the Indian State. In 1995 The revolutionaries blew up the CM of Punjab. Tyrant Beant Singh was dead along with 17 others who aided him to carry out such inhumane activities. The random killings in Punjab had diminished. Paramjit Singh Bheora,Jagtar Singh Hawara, Jagtar Singh Tara and Balwant Singh Rajoana have all been accused of blowing up the CM Punjab Beant Singh and were sentenced. However, after 10 years the three along with their accomplice Dev Singh made a sensational escape from high-security Burail jail in Chandigarh in 2004. They reportedly dug nearly 100 feet long tunnel with their bare hands from their barrack to a spot outside the jail. Sikhs have always been peace loving people and stood their ground to uphold justice anywhere. Sikhs have bravely fought in the first and second world war to uphold basic human rights such as freedom. When Sikhs decided to defend themselves against Indian State terror they are terrorists. In the Indian Terror State there is no freedom for Sikhs or other minorities. The Indian State has confirmed on national media that they will form a Hindu State. This State will be known as Hindustan and will have the Hindu race only. Hindi would be the language. Why it is ok for India to leash terror on its minority citizens to form a Hindu Terror State by forced conversions of Sikhs, Christians and Muslims and wrong for an Islamic State. I do not see any difference. http://morningstarnews.org/2014/09/hindu-extremists-resolve-to-kill-christians-they-beat-in-bihar-india/ It is a shame that the United Nations, which was established in 1945 to promote international cooperation and resolve world conflicts, has miserably failed to settle the Khalistan dispute, despite the passing of 68 years and the brutal genocide of the Sikh Nation where more than quarter of a million Sikhs have been killed. We the SIKH NATION urge United Nations to act now. It must uphold basic human rights and it must hold accountable the Indian Terror State who is guilty of violating these very basic rights of Sikhs. India must be punished through sanctions or other means. It does not mean to reward India through 5 billion dollar business from U.S.A and U.K has promised to double its trade this year. To delay justice for the Sikh Nation is to deny them justice for your economic gains. Economy can never bring peace to the world. It is only through LOVE and mutual RESPECT. If the world is to continue to believe in the United Nations in this century the United Nation members must act responsibly and out of greed. THE SIKH NATION HAS A RIGHT TO SELF DETERMINATION. WE WILL NOT REST UNTIL PUNJAB IS INDEPENDENT FROM INDIA. WE HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING FOR EXISTANCE SINCE 1947. INDIA WAGED FULL SCALE WAR ON THE SIKH NATION IN 1984. PUNJAB IS ILLEGALY OCCUPIEDBY THE INDIAN TERROR STATE. WE WILL NOT LET INDIA CONTINUE ITS TERRORIST ACTIVITIES THROUGH RSS IN PUNJAB. “I was called a terrorist yesterday, but when I came out of jail, many people embraced me, including my enemies, and that is what I tell other people who say those who are struggling for liberation in their country are terrorists. I tell them that I was also a terrorist yesterday, but, today I am admired by the very people who said I was one.” NELSON MANDELA I give thanks to Jagtar Singh Hawara and his team and support the Sikh Nation’s campaign for an INDEPENDENT SIKH STATE. If he had not taken part in the assassination of the Punjab CM many Sikhs like my family would not have lived to see this day.
