Retired
This user is no longer active on Wikipedia as of April 2009.

I have finally put the retirement tag since I expect that life is going to bring new challenges and my energies will be far too depleted for me to edit here regularly. My best to the people who do things by the book here. No doubt I have made mistakes but in general I have tried to follow some basic principles and have come to respect some basic rules. Finally, goodbye before my last message turns out to be a long and rambling one.

Information Description
Age 29
Job Journalist/columnist for a regional Hindi language newspaper. I can read and write in Hindi language, my medium of initial education and current work. Within the next two years I hope to move to either Noida or to New Delhi to work for the television news channel associated with the newspaper.
Sources I maintain a library of English books and can speak, and write in passable English. I use a number of sources which are available to me as part of my work and some are provided by the local University contacts.
Location I live and work in Agra (city), Uttar Pradesh (province/state), India.
Political opinion Secularism, liberalism, and the various economy oriented political principles of the Indian National Congress, a political party which helped shape the Indian economic reforms.
Beliefs I don't mind others worshiping, staying vegetarian, and praying but don't do either of those things myself. Old traditions like those of traditional medicine interest me but that interest is more of a theoretical nature. I would choose modern doctors over traditional healers on any given day.
