Jean-Claude Boulet currently publishes the "Proposals and Commitments for a Better World" Bulletin. This report compiles some of the proposals and undertakings by a number of authors and organisations and that are documented in French and English across the web, in articles, books etc.

The Report is a .html file including two parts: 1) Proposals and 2) Commitments. It is thus fully searchable simply by using CTRl-F or CMD-F.

If you wish to submit a proposal or commitment, of your own or not, you may proceed as below.

If you wish to have a proposals included:

Send me an email with a html link to a website or page describing clearly your proposal. OR
Send me a pdf file correctly sourced and referenced.

Your email may include a summary stating the most important details (using keywords, mentioning target territories etc.) of the statement. This would be the summary included in the Report. Otherwise, the summary is taken from the html page.

If you wish to have your own commitments included, post a Note on Praxis at

Using Praxis, the summary to be published in the Report will replicate the leading 149 characters (incl. blank spaces) in your text. The title of the note is also publishjed.

Commitments or undertakings that are not listed in Praxis may be included in the Report as proposals.
