Asphalt Mixing Plant

1.What is asphat mixing plant? The asphalt mixing plant is one plant that is used for mixing the dry warm aggregate, padding and asphalt for homogeneous mixture at the required temperature. What should be mentioned here is that mixing the aggregate, padding and asphalt must be at a certain proportion. And it is widely used to the construction of highway, city road and parking lot.

2.Type According to Production Process: It can be divided into two types: Batch and Continuous Type. Batch Type: The measure of aggregate and asphalt can be very accurate. The heater can be heating the next batch while the previous is being mixed. And for Continuous, the technological process is simple. And at the same time,the device simplified operations.

3.Major Technic Targets (1)design capacity The design of asphalt mixing plant is referred to the capacity of crock, such as 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg and 4000kg. (2)Cycle time The cycle time is the time which is used in the whole process of production. It is usually 45s. (3)Productivity Productivity is referred to the output per hour worked in normal condition. (4)Installed power Installed power refers to the sum of the rated power of a whole set asphalt mixing plant. (5)Fuel consumption Fuel consumption is the wasting fuel weight when the burner produces 1 tons qualified mixed products. (6)Emissions targets The emissions target of asphalt mixing plant can be divided into two parts:One is pollutants emission concentration. The other is pollutants emission blackness. The dust emission concentration of asphalt mixing plant is≤100mg/Nm3. (7)Measure accuracy The bituminous mixture is designed according to the matching of aggregate,asphalt and mineral power strictly so that controlling the measure accuracy of those materials is becoming the quality assurance of the bituminous.

4.Essential Structure Asphalt mixing plant mainly including: cold aggregate feeding system, drum dryer, burning system, hot aggregate elevator, vibrating screen, weighing system,mixing tower,dust collecting system, filler supply system,bitumen supply system,electronic control system, finished asphalt storage bin, etc.
