A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
Hey Ivy, I really liked the way you composed and edited your article. There weren't a lot of information in the original article so it shows that you really shows the amount of work you put in when editing this article. I specifically liked the incorporation of the pictures tagged along with the most popular dishes. The history section is also a great addition as food history is extremely important, in my opinion. All the links seem to work from my end so that is great too. My only critique is, maybe, the caution in using the words "charm" of Jiangxi cuisine. Although that section seems to be pretty neutral toned, maybe rephrasing the word charm would be better because some people might see it as your personal opinion? (I have no issue with it but that is just something I wanted to point out). Overall, super great information and everything seems to be on the right track. Great job!
