Randy Shrewsberry is the Founder and Executive Director of The Institute for Criminal Justice Training Reform. He has spent more than three decades working in the Criminal Justice system. Shrewsberry worked first as a patrol officer and later as a Forensics Investigator in the private sector. During his career, he had the opportunity to attend three basic police training academies in three states – and scores of advanced training programs. Shrewsberry is also an expert qualified Crash Reconstruction Investigator and Fire and Explosion Investigator. He has investigated more than 2,000 auto crashes and hundreds of automobile and structural fires. Shrewsberry has been a lecturer on criminal justice matters and has been admitted as an expert on several occasions in the State of South Carolina, State of Indiana and the State of California in Criminal and Civil Court.
