Barbara Frost was the chief executive of WaterAid from September 2005 to May 2017. WaterAid is a NGO (Non-Governmental Organisation) which focuses on providing clean water, good sanitation and hygiene knowledge to people who don't have access to this already. She was awarded a DBE in June 2017
