nCircle Tech is a company that develops customized solutions for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) and manufacturing sectors. It operates in a data-driven environment by using Building Information Modeling (BIM), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).
History
[edit]nCircle Tech was established by Varun Bhartiya and Tarika Jain on 5 October 2012 in Pune, Maharashtra, India, focusing on custom software development for the AEC and manufacturing industries.[1] In 2016, the company expanded its offerings to include Building Information Modeling (BIM), focusing on CAD/BIM customizations and GIS platforms.
In 2019, nCircle Tech introduced ML-based Scan to BIM technology. In 2020, the company initiated AI/ML technology for construction tech needs and launched technology such as OCR-based document analysis for the AEC sector. In 2021, nCircle Tech launched an individual wing dedicated to BIM Services.[1][2] In 2023, the company developed the Autodesk Data Connector for Power BI, improved data visualization capabilities.[3]
On March 28, 2023, nCircle Tech's Co-founder and CEO, Varun Bhartiya, was recognized in the Times 40 Under 40 list for his contributions to technology and innovation.[4][5]
In 2023, nCircle Tech expanded globally with offices in Japan and the United Kingdom. At the same year, Tarika Jain was named Business Woman of the Year by The CEO Magazine and Lead – Women in Construction Tech, London Chapter.[6]
In 2024, nCircle Tech secured the Silver Award in Business Innovation at the SME Business Awards, London,[7] and became a finalist in the ‘Best Use of Visualisation Technology’ category at the Building Innovation Awards.[8]

In the AEC sector, nCircle Tech improves productivity through custom CAD-BIM software technology with workflow automation, 3D mobile applications, BIM visualization, cost-estimating plug-ins, and facility management tools.[11] In the manufacturing sector, the company accelerates time-to-market by providing advanced 3D desktop applications, CAD plugins, mobile and web applications, and file exporters.[12]
