Intro

[edit]

Just here to finally put my personal library to unselfish uses.

Knowledge is Known to be Shown.[1]

Mainly working on Religion, Philosophy, and History articles with a focus on ecumenical Christianity.

Descendant of Rabbi Moses Isserles (רמ״א), Rabbi Joseph ben Mordechai Gershon, banker Daniel Itzig, and the Jews of Chernivtsi.

Also a descendant of Don Hernando Maldonado and the Costa Rican "Fallas" 1800s bloodline (later via Puerto Rico).

Licensed Nondenominational Christian Pastor and Spiritual Counselor.

Despite my personal faith & beliefs, I stand by making unbiased edits and contributions; allowing the reader to learn without slant, and to decide on their own.

Forced faith is not faith at all, and knowledge is a gift.[1]

If I make any mistakes, I'd rather they be corrected than left for ego's sake. Thank you.

...he who belongs to God cannot injure anyone, unless he first deserts the gospel.[4]

Ibn Arabi

[edit]

My heart has become capable of every form: it is a pasture for gazelles and a convent for Christian monks, And a temple for idols and the pilgrim's Kaaba and the tables of the Torah and the book of the Quran. I follow the religion of Love: whatever way Love's camels take, that is my religion and my faith.[5]

Rabi'a Basri

[edit]

O my Lord, if I worship you from fear of hell, burn me in hell. If I worship you from hope of Paradise, bar me from its gates. But if I worship you for yourself alone, grant me then the beauty of your Face.[6]
