The Romanian Top 100 is the national airplay-based singles chart of Romania. It is weekly and it started running in 1996. It is recognized as an official chart by the European division of Billboard, Music & Media. The Romanian Top 100 should not be confused with the Romanian Radio Airplay Chart.

The first official Romanian Top 100 edition of 2013 was premierly presented on Kiss FM Romania on January 14, 2012 by VJ Cristi Nitzu under the title "Airplay 100".

This is a list of singles that have peaked in the top-ten of the Romanian Top 100 during 2013 (see 2013 in music). The entry date marks the week during which the respective song entered the top-ten for the first time. A possible re-entry of a song is disregarded. Songs that were present in the top ten in 2013, but peaked in 2012 are listed in List of Romanian Top 100 top 10 singles in 2012. So far, the longest-sitting top-ten hit is "Oliver Twist" by D'Banj.
