Weekloy is a free, collaborative opinion pool built up on users contributions. However, opinions can only be shared singularly and users are not required to write factual information as it is mainly their own opinions. Weekloy is not only utilized for information sharing on various topics ranging from scientific subjects to everyday life issues, but also can be used as a virtual socio-political community or to share personal views about anything.

The app allows users to create an entry in a related group and upload an entry image that can be edited. Users can browse and like other users opinions.

History

Weekloy began development during coronavirus break-down at the beginning of 2020. The idea behind the development was that missing a website based on people opinions which can only be shared singularly and unique.

Rules and structure

Entry titles are limited to 80 characters in length and opinions under entries can have 1000 characters length limit.

Since there are no restrictions on entries and opinions, users are responsible if they find an inappropriate content. Users are usually the older generation who voluntarily report any bad content to users for examination. If the users find the entries or opinions inappropriate, they will be checked and removed.

Users can upload profile photographs, fill a short biography(100 characters), select a location and customise personal background colour picked by a colour palette.
