Early life
[edit]He completed his Master of business administration MBA in HRM in 2021 from Coxsbazar international University CBIU. He also passed BA from Coxsbazar government collage in 2019. He also passed HSC from Shahid Zia BMI Institute in 2014 & SSC traditional school from Pekua GMC institute in 2012.Since childhood, he is calm and gentle Good character. His father Shahidul Islam has been serving as the president of pekua press club for the past 25 years. Journalist Iftekhar founded Help The People Bangladesh (HTPB) local NGO in Cox's Bazar district in 2016.Help the people Bangladesh HTPB one of the best government registered a voluntary organisation in Bangladesh which is working according sustainable development goals SDGs.such as : zero hunger, climate action, sustainable cities & communities , partnerships to achieve the goals and so on. , He also established HTPB informal Primary School for the street children to acquire technical education. Besides,this organization has been working to youths unemployment by providing skills development training. Also including women's Empowerment, Gender Based Violence GBV, Safeguarding, partnerships HTPB is working on the implementation. Environment, forest, river,biodiversity,ecosystem Protection and so on.However, the basic structure of a nonprofit is generally the same everywhere. The structure is divided into three functional areas–governance, programs and administration – and then further subdivided within each area, depending on the purpose and goals of the nonprofit organization.This organisation structure is consist of a board of directors and executive, managerial and administrative positions. The first step is to think about the best structure to run nonprofit. Our board and staff should understand their own roles and responsibilities and how they help further the mission of our organization.The has around 500-1000 active members of organisation. These day to day effectively & efficiently working for host communities & sustainable development goals SDGs agenda 2030.

[edit]In 2017, Iftekharul Islam Jewel married Shatara Begum, a girl from a wealthy & political family in coxsbazar. He has a daughter her name is Ifthika Abrar prema.
