Ernie Baird received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1968, and his J.D. degree from Duke Law School in 1971. Mr. Baird served as a member of the editorial board, Duke Law Journal from 1970-1971. His past practice includes Sherman and Sterling in New York City, New York from 1971-1972. From 1972-1976, Mr. Baird served as a Captain, JAGC, U.S. Air Force (1972-1976) and was stationed in England from 1973-1976.
