Alec Hersh

Alec Hersh (born December 27th, 1997) is a director. In the summer of 2018, Alec directed a middle school production of High School Musical and A Year With Frog & Toad.^[1]

Early Life

Alec was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Susan and James Hersh. He grew up in Newtown, Connecticut in rural northwestern Fairfield County. After attending public school through the eighth grade, Alec attended the Regional Center for the Arts, a magnet high school for the performing arts in Trumbull, Connecticut where he graduate with his degree in musical theatre. He went on to attend Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.^{[citation needed]}

Career

Alec began his directing career by assistant choreographing the F&M production of Aida. He advanced his talents by choreographing, assistant directing, and designing the F&M production of Grease.
