Hello, i’m a spanish wikipedian that searches for errors in Wikipedia, i’m here because in the 29/6/23 at 0:36 i tried to translate an article that i made “Only Up!”, but according to wikipedia new rules, i can’t translate a wikipedia article without being an “experienced editor in the english wikipedia”, i am not so comfortable with the new rules because according to wikipedia, anyone can make wikipedia a better place for people that want to learn, and i think you don’t have to prove you're good at a language to be good at it.
