Holis Thomas Ames (born 08 August 2009), known professionally as Holiwood,[1] is an American DJ and record producer.
Holiwood was born Holis Thomas Ames on 08 August 2009 in Littleton, Colorado, United States Of America. He attended Mountain Vista High School and lived in Denver.[2]
Holoiwood discovered online music at the age of 11. This led to his parents buying him a set of DJ decks for his 13th birthday. At the age of 14, Holiwood landed his first Gig, working as a Headliner DJ at Club Flame on Utopia Of The Seas.[3]
Holiwood began working as a DJ when he was 15 working At various partys and bars on and off cruise ships.
Hoiwood grew in fame in 2024 with his Drop The Beat Back. In 2023, he collaborated with Black Cube on the single Last Night.
He is best known for “Crank Up The Chaos” and his 2024 single "Drop The Beat Back" which reached number of people [4]
Holiwood is an ambassador for DJ equipment manufacturer Pioneer DJ and features in their online videos.[8]
