Synopsis

[edit]

Peppa and her family go to the funfair and go on rides.

Plot

[edit]

Peppa Pig, George Pig, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig arrive at a funfair. Peppa proclaims she loves the funfair, while George gets excited seeing a helter-skelter. They decide to split off.

Mummy Pig and Peppa head to a Hook-a-Duck stall, helmed by Miss Rabbit, with the prize being a giant panda bear. Miss Rabbit proclaims that the game is impossible for her to win. Offended, Mummy Pig plays the game and instantly hooks the No. 10 duck, winning Peppa a giant teddy. Suzy Sheep and her Mummy walk by, with Suzy pointing out the teddy but her Mummy saying that it's too big.

Daddy Pig and George reach the Helter-Skelter, helmed by Mr. Zebra. George goes up the stairs but notices the long way down. With a gasp, George cries at the shock. Daddy Pig says that he will help him, but Mr. Zebra says he'll have to pay extra - but as soon as he comes up George slides down. Daddy Pig tries to come back down the stairs but children are blocking the way, with Danny Dog saying that the way down is through the slide. He slides down onto his bottom, making everyone laugh.

Mummy Pig and Peppa reach a target shootout stall, helmed by Mr. Labrador. Peppa says that she would win easy, but Mr. Labrador proclaims that women are useless at it. Offended by his sexist remarks, Mummy Pig pays and instantly hits a bulls-eye - winning Peppa another giant bear. Candy Cat and her Mummy walk by, with Candy pointing out the Teddy but her mummy saying that it's too big.

Daddy Pig and George go on the Big Wheel, helmed by Mr. Rhinoceros. While George enjoys it, Daddy Pig doesn't, and isn't thrilled to hear that he has to go round five more times. Afterwards, they join Peppa and Mummy Pig at the test-your-strength stall, helmed by Mr. Bull. He teaches the pigs the rules, and soon Daddy Rabbit comes to have a go, although he fails to reach the target.

Afterwards Daddy Pig decides to have a go, but Mummy Pig isn't sure if he can make the bell ring as he isn't that fit, to which Mr. Bull adds on about how tubby and round-in-the-tummy he is. Angry at Mr. Bull's remarks, Mummy Pig takes the hammer and slams it down very hard to the point the bell rings not once, but five times. This wins Peppa all the giant teddies at the funfair. She has a good idea what to do with them, and decides to give the rest of them to her friends. Afterwards, everyone falls on the floor laughing, ending the episode.
