These images are linked rather than displayed; because Wikipedia rules do not allow the display of images with a non-free copyright in user space. GFDL and CC-BY-SA-3.0 Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike are copy left and free licences. Most others are not. Public Domain is not really a license but it is free of copyright issues so it is also allowed. CC licenses that are not SA are not copy-left, but may still be free (no copyright issue for copy or modification by anyone including for commercial use; which is our criteria for "free"). (P.S.
