Introduction

To fix up an infobox (or indeed any template) add its name to the candidate list below. SmackBot/Rich will then

1. Produce a subpage listing the proposed transformations
2. Move the template name down to the "proposed" section
3. Wait for a signature on the sub-page
4. * Note at this point proper noun and acronym capitalisations should be applied
5. Move the template name down to the "template creation" section
6. Produce two new templates
   1. Including the proposed new and the old parameter names
   2. Including just the new names in the body and a deprecated parameter section
7. Once the first template update has been tested and applied/moved by someone the name can be moved to the "actioning" section.
   • Note: at this point it is possible to make various intelligent decisions.
   • This will be subject to manual checking by me initially at least
8. SmackBot will process the actioning entries and move them to actioned
9. The template should then be replaced with the final version
10. * IMPORTANT SmackBot will only update articlespace other namespaces should be checked - especially template space.
11. The template name can be removed from the page
