Hello, I'm Dave. I joined Wikipedia in February 2007. I have been a web designer and database developer since 1996 . Currently I work for CoventBridge Group, Florida. Previously I worked at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and before that for NBC-Universal. I have taught a number of management and computer related classes.

I hold a degree in Cinema/Television form the University of Southern California (USC) (A.B. degree 1987). I came up with the name HDAVETV because I am a fan of high definition television and thought it would be cool to throw my name into the middle of it. (It's been said that Leo's have to be the center of attention.) I enjoy writing and have written a number of screenplays. I am the author of the Atlantis novels trilogy.

I'm hoping that my wealth of experiences may allow me to contribute to already existing articles and sections of Wikipedia in order to help enrich them.
