I am a double masters in Economics and history, one from Harvard University and the latter from Oxford University. I write for a living and divide my time between London (where I live near Hyde Park), Los Angeles, and Okinawa, where I am active in the nouveau Japanese academic scene.
When I am not writing or lecturing in any of the world's great universities, I spend my time fishing in the waters off Vancouver, where I spend time with my wife's family, and driving my Skypar around the beautiful scenic valleys of California.
