 " Verbal and Non verbal Communication "
 
   Verbal communication encompasses any form of communication involving words, spoken, written or signed. The conversation we have with our family, friends and the news or events we read is a form of communication. Our ability to communicate with a language that is based on an organized system of words, is what sets us apart from lower species. We have also the technology that enables us to communicate with each other no matter the distance. 
   
   Non-verbal communication include body language, such as gestures, eye contact,touch, and posture. The sound of our voice, including tone and volume are also forms of non-verbal communication.
