Guilbourtia demeusi, common name Bubinga (also known as Essingang in Cameroon, as Ovang or Kevazingo in Gabon, and as Waka in Zaire) is a species of tree belonging to the family Fabaceae.

Uses

Common uses for the wood include veneer, inlays, fine furniture, cabinetry, turnings, and other specialty items. As Bubinga trees can grow to be very large, natural-edge slabs of the wood have also been used in tabletops and other specialized projects.
