Well I guess this is my wikiXperiment.  My experiment at becoming a wikipedian. 
 I do not know where it will lead me.  I hope it will be a valuable 

journey.

 I first thought of the notion as I was building my travel site
on

Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg Tennessee at git2know.com.

 This is a topic that I know a lot aobut since I have worked there

for 20 years or so.

 I don't know everything. Or even half of everything about the
area of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
 But I'm certain that I know enough to help others out that want to 

vist the area. I wanted git2know.com to be a place that had "value content". This takes time to build. Wikipedia is helping. I'm trying to add at least one link to wikipedia on each of my main pages.

 I think networking and community is the wave of the future. lol
What you know, I can know. What I know, I'll give.
 What I don't know, I can find elsewhere and pass on.
So in this way I want git2know.com to be a community that

can grow together. The Wiki way will hopefully be part of that.

 I needed easy to link to information that would further inform 

my visitors about certain topics of the area should they

want to dig deeper.  

 I want to use Wikipedia but I also want to give back value to the wiki community.
 Well, I think this is enough for now.  Perhaps when I have more confidence

in what I am doing here I can come back and add more.
