Jayson Richard Gowan Werth (born May 20, 1979) is an American former professional baseball outfielder. Between 2002 and 2017, he played 15 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, and Washington Nationals. With the Phillies, Werth won the 2008 World Series and was an All-Star in 2009.
