Seyla Talha Ahsan is a citizen of the United Kingdom who fell under suspicion of ties to terrorism.[1][2] In 2004 US security officials initiated extradition of Sayed and three other British men who were accused of travelling to, or planning to travel to, what they believed would be a jihad training camp in Oregon. In 2010 the European Court of Human Rights blocked the extradition orders of Haroon Aswat, Abu Hamza al Masri, and Babar Ahmad.

An Abu Hamza and his associates men believed the camp was to be on the Dog Cry Ranch near Bly, Oregon.

Prior to al Qaeda's attacks on the USA in 2001 an American man named James Ujaama who the Komo News described as a "petty crook" had convinced Abu Hamza al-Masri to bring trainers to Oregon camp. He promised In 2009 at the American trial of the man who sold the British men on the idea of

attending his camp
