Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
I think that this looks really good so far. The tables are organized and easy to read, the lead section gives enough information without making anything seem too important. Also, I am pretty sure you are translating this article, so I don't know if any of my other suggestions will be useful. The only thinks I have to say are structural. I think that the beginning of your article needs a Heading/Page title. Additionally, and I don't know if this is something you can fix because you are translating, I think that the article could benefit from a couple more sources. But other than that things look really good.
