Hi My name is Fr Garry Humphries and I am a parish priest in Morecambe a costal town in the north west of England.

I live with my Dog, Augustine, in a big vicarage in my parish from where most of my work is undertaken.
I am also a member of the diocesan group which looks after urban priority parishes. 
and a Chaplin to a TA field hospital which is based in the north west which keeps me off the streets.

For relaxation I fish, ride a little and keep some hens and geese along side my horse on some land I share with a friend.

I am very intrested in retreats and I am training to be an Ignation retreat guide. I run retreats from my parish centre which the church has built to have a positive input into this parish.
