'Oliver Glipa Cabalay' born 19 October 1996 is a Filipino actor, singer, and model.

Early life
[edit]Cabalay was born on 19 October 1996 in Cebu City, Cebu Province, Central Visayas, the Philippines. He is the youngest son of Filipino mestizo parents Carlos De Luna Singh Cabalay Sr. and Felipa Diama Glipa. His father is of Indian descent, while his mother has filipino and african ancestry.
Cabalay finished grade school at the Mantalongon, Dalaguete, Cebu known as Little Baguio the Vegetables Basket of Cebu in March 2010, and secondary school in March 2014 at Mantalongon National High School. He went to Southwestern University to pursue a degree in Education but transferred to Cebu Technological University Argao Campus. In 2018, he started attending a training at SP Madrid Law Firm. He also work in a BPO industry as Advisor ll for Technical Support Representative at Concentrix Cebu - Intuit Account.
