In a shootout, PS Ruby Jones is killed by a sniper, whom Arnott then shoots with his handgun. Pilkington holds Davidson at gunpoint outside her home, and tells her that she will not be removing him from her team. Lakewell refuses to talk, although he exchanges a knowing glance with Arnott. Back in his prison cell, Lakewell is murdered by Lee Banks, an OCG hitman, as Buckells watches. Forensic results from Jatri's house reveal Davidson's fingerprints and a DNA match to someone related to her.
