Tristen Juarez (born March 27, 2007), known professionally as Tristen, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter and producer. He rose to mainstream fame with the release of his 2023 single "Young Age", which peaked at around 9 million streams. The song preceded the release of his debut album Book of Life (2023), which peaked at number one in the genre of "Hyper-pop". His debut studio album Revelation (2024) has yet to be released.
Early life
[edit]Tristen Juarez was born on March 27, 2007, in Tucson, Arizona. He was raised in Safford, Arizona for half of his life. He later relocated to Marana, Arizona. From a young age Tristen had aspirations of being a YouTuber or a famous Rapper, at the age of 12, he found himself turning to music as his main outlet for his emotions and opinions. He attended Mountain View Highschool.
Career
[edit]When Tristen was around twelve years old, he catered to his interest in music by making songs on BandLab through his phone. He started out by freestyling his music before eventually turning to a method called "Punching in". He would end up putting these songs onto SoundCloud years ago, they have been taken down.
His first track to gain some popularity, "Temptations", was made on his first computer in his moms house and was released early mid 2022. Other preliminary tracks of his include "What It Wasn't", "123", and "A While".
On March 12, 2023, Tristen released his first album, titled Amare Vita. This album peaked at 10,000 streams.
On September 15, 2023, Tristen released his second album, titled Book of Life. This album peaked at #1 on the Hyper-pop Billboard charts.
On September 20, 2024, Tristen is releasing his debut album, titled Revelation.
