Isekaigo Nyūmon: Tensei Shita kedo Nihongo ga Tsūjinakatta (異世界語入門 〜転生したけど日本語が通じなかった〜, lit. An Introduction to the Language of Another World: I Have Reincarned, But I Cannot Make Myself Understood in Japanese), is a Japanese light novel series written by Fafs F. Sashimi and illustrated by Fuzichoco.

Sen Yatsugazaki (八ヶ崎 翠, Yatsugazaki Sen, Lipalain: Jazgasaki.cen)
The protagonist of this work. He uses knowledge which Indo-senpai gave, and learns Lipalain language which is completely unknown language.
Indo-senpai (インド先輩) / Kei Asagami (浅上 慧, Asagami Kei)
Sen's friend, who immigrated from Tamil Nadu to Kansai.
Xalija Ales (アレス・シャリヤ, Aresu Shariya, Lipalain pronunciation: [ales ʃalija])
A girl who has long silver hair and blue eyes. She help Sen learn Lipalain language.
Elerna Skarsna Haltxeafis (スカースナ・ハルトシェアフィス・エレーナ, Sukāsuna Harutosheafisu Erēna, Lipalain pronunciation: [skaːsna haltʃeafis eleːna])
A girl who has short black hair and black eyes. She is Xalija's friend.
Felirca Atam (フェリーサ・アタム, Ferīsa Atamu, Lipalain pronunciation: [feliːsa atam])
A girl who has black ponytail hair. She speaks Ai'r language and she is learning Lipalain language.
Lefjcenaviju Lexerl (レシェール・レフィセナヴィユ, Reshēru Refisenaviyu, Lipalain pronunciation: [leʃeːl lefisenaviju])
A man who goes along with Xalija and others.
Lirca Hinggenferl Valar (ヒンゲンファール・ヴァラー・リーサ, Hingenfāru Varā Rīsa, Lipalain pronunciation: [hiŋgenfǝːl valaː liːsa])
Also known as Hingvalir (ヒンヴァリー, Hinvarī, Lipalain pronunciation: [hiŋvaliː]). She mangages the library in the town Retla by herself.

Fafs F. Sashimi originally serialized the novels as a web novel on the user-generated content site Kakuyomu and Shōsetsuka ni Narō starting on August 11, 2017. Kadokawa Shoten acquired the series for print publication, and published the first light novel, with illustrations by Fuzichoco, in July 2018.
