Franz weber

is a retired Austrian diplomat in his late 70ies, who closely watches world systems theory and from time to time enjoys listening to classes at Vienna University and to great concerts and classical music. He enjoys swimming at the Donauinsel; his favorite places in Vienna are the Austrian Gallery at the Belvedere, the Jewish Museum and the Donauinsel. He and his twin brother Fritz, who was an Austrian bureaucrat and who is now also retired, enjoy travelling to the Cantabrian region.
