Skills / Compétences: At an academic level I received my master degree in project management with an honour degree in Canada and my bachelor degree in Computer/software engineering ouside Canada. I am Winner of the Government of Canada IM-IT Community recognition Award for Project Management Office & Framework Design 2011; at an academic level I received my Masters degree in project management and I have a Bachelor degree in computer engineering. I have 15 years in IT and 7+ years of experience in project management. 3+ years in Agile project management and Scrum master techniques. As a project manager I have experience working in Federal Government of Canada, Bell Canada, Tejarat Bank, Hewlett Packard and different High-tech and IT companies worldwide, I have hands on experience in: • Project Management Office (in Library Archives Canada and in Natural Resources Canada): Designed the PMO framework for department and developed templates, guidelines, tools and processes for managing IM-IT projects. • Client Relationship Management (experience with bell Canada: as a client manager ensured customer needs are met with high satisfaction. Created business and functional requirements by gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements; Created statement of work, project plan, Gantt chart, risk and change management plan; Managed the details of overall project cost (did cost benefit analysis), quality deliverables and human resource management; • Project Portfolio Management (Experience in Government of Canada: I developed portfolio management selection, prioritization and evaluation criteria and I was reporting portfolio of IT projects using executive dashboard tool to present monthly in executives board meetings to report status or raise any issues, risks or challenges in projects and ask their help to facilitate the process. • TIBCO and SAP – IT Project Management (Hewlett Packard 2013): responsible for managing project that includes cross functional, globally distributed programs and IT organizations, partnering with HP business units and field operations to successfully deliver Quote to Cash project on time and within budget. Currently I am IT project manager of NGOM team in Hewlett-Packard company and my team is distributed in Singapore, India, California and Texas
