He graduated from Quaid-e-Azam Medical College Bahwalpur in 2007 under University of Health Sciences Lahore. Dr. Khan became a fellow of College of Physician and Surgeon Pakistan in 2013. He started his career in Orthopaedics as an Assistant Professor in a reputable private sector medical college of Lahore. He is also working as an Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Farooq Hospital West Wood Lahore. He has extensively worked in the field of Orthobiologics. Dr. Khan has been practising Orthobiologics in Lahore since 2015 <http://healthpost.pk/orthopedic-stem-cell-treatment/>. He is working as a clinical research partner with Interdiscplinary Research Centre in Biomedical Materials (IRCBM), COMSATS, Lahore. Dr. Khan is also a PhD scholar with research work on adult stem cells. He is currently working in collaboration with IRCBM in early detection of cartilage degradation products like CTX II and COMP and practical implications of WNT genes in knee degenrative arthritis.
