O'bi's career highlights to date are producing three songs for the Acid Rap Mixtape by Chance The Rapper - Cocoa Butter Kisses, Good Ass Intro and Good Ass Outro, Doves In The Wind by SZA (singer) and Quarrel by Moses Sumney. O'bi also won a Grammy of his own in 2017 for his work on the Colouring Book Mixtape by Chance The Rapper[4].

Solo Career

January 2018 saw the beggining of O'bi's solo career as an artist. The release of his debut single ″Tenderheaded″ feat. Smino, which recieved positive reviews from all the mainstream music press,[5],[6],[7] was the starting point of his solo career. ″Tenderheaded″ was the first single from his highly anticipated forthcoming debut album ″Grown Ass Kid″, which releases in 2018.[8]. The album will also feature the single ″Grown Ass Kid″ which was intended for Chance The Rapper 3rd Mixtape Colouring Book but unfortunately did not end appearing on the album due to sample clearance issues.[9]
