Osek Monastery is an unoccupied cistercian monastery in Osek near Duchcov. Originally a romanesque-gotique monastery from the 13. century (cloister, Chapter house with the autentic lectern) was rebuilt by Octavio Broggio into the high baroque areal we see it now as. It's divided into the Church of assumption of Virgin Mary, building of the old and new convent, prelature with a clock tower and agricultural buildings. Since 1995 the monastery areal is an national cultural landmark
