Faheem Thalib was born in the Colombo(capital) of Sri Lanka in 1968, parents background from Aluthgama which is the southern part of the Kalutara district. He studied in Zahira College Aluthgama for his GCE O/L 1985 and in 1988 He migrated to UK in 1999, lived in Croydon, Surrey for the last ten years and currently lives in Watford, Hertfordshire for four years during which time he served as the Director of Islamic Studies for the Joint Committee of Muslim Organizations charity (British Sri Lanka Moors Association) of UK.
