Faez Belal is a Bangladeshi social activist, entrepreneur, and the founder of BYS, an organization working towards ensuring quality education, gender equality, climate action, peace, and justice. He was born on December 20, 1997.

Faez completed his Bachelor of Social Science degree in Media Studies and Journalism from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB).

Faez has extensive experience in social work, having served in various organizations. He was the Central President of the National Children Task Force for Save the Children and a Youth Advisory Panel Member for Plan International Bangladesh. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of BYS.

Under Faez's leadership, BYS has actively worked towards promoting women's leadership, economic growth support, lifelong learning opportunities, and ensuring the equal participation of both males and females in leadership. The organization has developed the Avoy app, which provides emergency support for women and girls in public places, and the Girls' Summit network to develop soft skills and leadership among girls in marginalized and climate change-affected areas. BYS's efforts have impacted over half a million women and girls and created a network of over 1,200 volunteers dedicated to social causes.

Faez has received various accolades for his contributions to society. He received "The Diana Award 2022" from The Royal Family of UK, "Digital Khicuri Challenge Award-20" from UNDP, "Equality Award-2020" from Plan International, "Global Entrepreneur Award-2017" from Global Entrepreneur Organization, "Joy Bangla Award-2017" from Young Bangla & CRI, "Meena Media Award-2012" from UNICEF, and "The one-minute Jr. Media Award-2011" from UNICEF.

Faez is a passionate and dedicated social activist who has made remarkable contributions to the betterment of society, particularly in the areas of education, gender equality, climate action, peace, and justice. Born in the coastal area of Bangladesh, Faez has worked with various organizations and has received several awards for his outstanding efforts towards creating a positive impact in his community.
