This article only said what should be appropriate for the Radio Stations in North America, but not in the Philippines. So, I guess for the Philippines, the brand names such as "Campus 99.5", "107.9 U Radio" or '95.9 Big FM" are VERY UNIQUE and they are APPROPRIATE article titles.

Actually, it says "Radio and television stations in countries where call signs are customarily used, such as North America, should always be titled with the official call sign as assigned by that country's regulatory authority." (emphasis added). I think that Philippine assigns callsigns to every radio station (there is an official site with a list of callsigns), so we should be using the call signs for the names.
Notice that there are redirects with the brand names, so people searching google for "Campus 99.5" will find the correct article the same way as if the article was under that name. --Enric Naval (talk) 12:16, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
Those brand names are not unique in any way; you'll find similar brands all over the English-speaking world. They also can be changed at any time. Callsigns are assigned by the authorities, and can only be changed with government permission. --Orange Mike | Talk 12:56, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
