THE MONOCLES
THE MONOCLES are a digital alternative band with several albums in both the United States Library of Congress in Washington D.C. and on the World Wide Web. Various websites that are music publishing services. Involved in on-line sound media they publish using formats on but not exclusively limited to the following computers: IBM compatible platform computers, Dell computers, IBM clones that are sound capable or adjusted to stereo compact laser disc players or stereo jacks, Windows media products, Microsoft computers, Intel products, Apple / Macintosh products or platforms available at stores. For example Ipad, Ipod, Sansa, and various cell phone designs that are music devices called players can be used to listen to THE MONOCLES. The audio productions involving their music on various internet radio services is both politically charged and verbose using verbage to "paint imagery with words". Their lead singer is Madam Guillotine (professional stage name), the lyricist on all of their songs. The band is a duo and an electronic music recording group with: guitars, keyboards, drums, electronic effects and has a computerized sound.
Along with acoustic accompaniment, electric instruments - enhanced by various "tricks of the trade" i.e. trade secrets and developed techniques - their tools for their music are vast. The Monocles are both graduates of a Performing Arts Center , where they studied music, they produce mass media, have been a computer communications arts world presence. Typically working in avant garde Shakespearean technical theatre and visual fine arts, music and performance art, events and heavy bass laden music are their trade. The Monocles do exist and are very active in computer music.
MUSICIANS
- Elizabeth Perry and Scott Robertson are musicians. They have 2 compact discs released for stereo components and comply with FCC standards complete with a UPC codes and with their collaborative efforts feel they warrant review. The other albums are available and published on-line and are computer related. In this particular case, recordings on magnetic tape exists - but in this case is un-released and obscure. Libretto or lyrics printed can be accessed, and are housed in a private collection unavailable for review on request at the present time.

2. Abram Davis - of Joy Diesel Jumpers available on-line and with Abram Davis , musician, singer, and music teacher.

Craig Blake - Bassist of Legs and Liquor and Cadillac Zeus, worked with THE MONOCLES material and was developing the finished product, the multi-media recordings, and performances of Joy Diesel Jumpers and THE MONOCLES. Whilst The Monocles, SPECTACLE is not a c.d. featuring him on bass - it is the band that started the process of creative works being performed and so The Monocles
4. Zac Perry - A member of Public Disorder, the band. Lead Guitarist is his instrumentation choice. Electrified guitar is an instrument he used and acoustic guitar, including Classically trained
5. Public Disorder - A punk rock band that opened for the punk rock act The Ducky Boys. Kevin Terrell, bassist, Kerry Moody (duet singer) and performed to a mosh-pit ladened crowd at the American Legion. Keep it Hot Productions, owner and events coordinator Jaclyn Moon was the organizer and was instrumental in parlaying the entire punk rock show attended by the punk community.
6. Lurch - the drummer from Vicious Diplomacy was also the drummer from Public Disorder.
7. Scott Robertson - a primary member of THE MONOCLES and is a lead musician. The sound engineer on Bullet Proof Marshmallow's album, and also they are known as B.P.M. . Scott is the other active member of The Monocles making it a duet. Also, in The Monocles line-up, working under the name COFFIN VARNISH (which uses the same lyrical and song materials). Scott Robertson plays: Guitar, Keyboard, Drums, and programs music, lights and is a multi-media expert using computer and has many projects with the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, a theatre that is a replica of the GLOBE THEATRE at Stratford on Avon
7. Scott Robertson- Is a primary member of THE MONOCLES and is a lead musician. The sound engineer on Bullet Proof Marshmallow's album, and also they are known as B.P.M. . Scott is the other active member of The Monocles making it a duet. Also, in The Monocles line-up, working under the name COFFIN VARNISH (which uses the same materials).
8. Fiend Club - A highly developed persona of the band Wolf's Blood is a member of both COFFIN VARNISH and NERVE OF THE REVOLUTION, a bassist and fine artist in her own right.
8. Wayne Morris - drummer of Ask Ass the band, and is also a studio musician who works with Scott Robertson.
9. Big Jon - Keyboardist for Joy Diesel Jumpers.
10. Kris Morris - drummer, also played drums in this events oriented phenomena called NERVE OF THE REVOLUTION working under that title, which is the developmental team of Fiend Club and Kris Morris combined with Madam Guillotine.
